When you click submit your will get a purple screen that has the data you just submitted.

If NOT -you or your ISP are probably using PERSONAL FIREWALL software, you will not be able to use this form unless you disable the firewall software to submit form. You can re-enable upon submission of form!!!my URL to make it a friendly site.

You should get an email with the data you submitted and a separate thank you note for EACH entry. If you do not, PLEASE email me to ensure receipt of ALL entries!!!! This is due to all the Firewall and SPAM protection going on...........
